Discovery Family,

Last Sunday we started collecting backpacks and school supplies for local students, and, wow, what a great response! Each year, Discovery partners with Marguerite Montgomery Elementary School to provide children with backpacks and supplies for the upcoming year. There is one Sunday left- purchase the needed items, then bring them to the Sunday Gathering on August 21st. Click here for the full list of what is needed, and pick out the backpack YOU wish you'd have received as a kid!

Lastly, we'd like to invite you to join special guest, Grace Cooper, she leads us through creating a "Rule of Life". A rule of life is a schedule and set of practices and relational rhythms that help us create space in our busy world for us to be with Jesus, become like Jesus, and do what he did—to live “to the full” (John 10:10).
