Hello Discovery!

We have an ongoing, and fruitful, partnership with an organization called GlobalScope. Globalscope builds college student communities around the world, and thrives at sharing the good news of Jesus in post-Christian environments. In addition to being really fun to partner with, they have also been amazing to learn from as they are a "new country" ministry (check out the Vision 2023 conversations if you are not sure about this new country language).

Last year we got to send a team to Montevideo, Uruguay to serve and learn from "La Ruta". This year we get to send a team to help run LatinScope 2023! LatinScope is a space for the GlobalScope teams from Chile, Uruguay, and Mexico to gather together for rest, encouragement, learning, and bonding. We currently support four "LatinScopers" (David and Claudia Ossa, as well as interns Belen and Flor).

Our team will be filling a needed gap, helping with teaching, logistics, and worship so that the LatinScope staff can be free to enjoy that time together. We'll share a little bit more on Sunday at the Gathering, but for now I want to invite you to pray for this team (Antonio, Amy, Joshua, Pamela, and Ross) as they make final preparations and travel February 18th-24th.
